In the past four short months, Cindy has gone from a warrior fighting stage four cancer to facing her defeat. She has fought with every part of her being but at a certain point, the fight became worse than the cancer. After one final try at chemo, she has decided to stop treatment and continue with Hospice care as she transitions into her final stage of life. She is everything to her daughters and husband. To call her our matriarch hardly describes the role she plays in our lives. She is absolutely everything to us. As a single mother, she did everything she could to provide for her children. Thanks to her wonderful husband Victor we were all provided a stable life. Unfortunately now that life is left for Victor to carry on his shoulders. Her daughter Brianna has already utlized five of her six weeks of paid family leave to be her sole caretaker. As Cindy lives this final chapter, we want her to be well taken care of but we need help paying for such care. We want her passing to be as comfortable, peaceful and stress free as possible. We want to give her the memorial she deserves without the worry of finances.
This fundraiser will be held at beautiful Bargetto Winery hosted by Cindy's daughters Sarah, Brianna and Rachael. Tickets will include one round of wine tasting (5 tastes), entry into our raffle, and food provided by local cafe Carried Away Foods. Music will be provided by DJ Stoney. Silent auction items will include Spa Treatments, MAC Cosmetics, Hair Care, I Fly Family Package, Photography Session, Jewelry, Fitness Packages, Florida Timeshare, Business Marketing, Fast Eddie's Pool Hall, Keg Party, Cali Style Clothing and much more! Live auction will include an original painting by Cynthia Newberry. Additionally, 30% of all wine sales during the event will be donated to Cindy's fundraiser.
Ticket must be presented at door to receive raffle ticket. To honor Cindy we ask that you wear one item of periwinkle, her favorite color.
